Mindy Rocha

President ('26-'28)


Mindy Rocha is an accomplished human resources executive with deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and culture transformation. She has led enterprise people strategies across complex healthcare organizations, partnering with executive teams to drive growth, strengthen leadership capability, and build high-performing, values-driven cultures. Known for her thoughtful, people-centered leadership style, Mindy brings both strategic vision and practical execution to advancing business and organizational success. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cheering on her son at hockey, golf, and lacrosse, and traveling with her family.


Katie Knoll

Vice President ('26-'28)


Katie Knoll is currently the Human Resources Director for Safco Products, a business that crafts forward-thinking workspace furnishings and is part of the Liberty Diversity International (LDI) family of companies. Katie has been with LDI for almost three years and previously acted as the Director of Talent & Culture, in which she was instrumental in transforming LDI’s talent management processes, including driving automation and digitization, as well as driving LDI’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy.

Prior to joining LDI, Katie worked in HR leadership roles at Radisson Hotel Group and in a variety of HR and business leadership roles at Target for most of her career. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Katie builds strong relationships with those she works with and enjoys understanding her business leaders, their strategies, and removing roadblocks to help others achieve their results.

Katie has a B.S. in Mass Communications from Miami University (Ohio). In her personal time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and two children, watching sports, and walking around the Minneapolis city lakes and her lovely neighborhood.


Vicki Heinz

Treasurer/ Secretary


Vicki Heinz is the head of Human Resources at the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology. Vicki leads the development and execution of HR strategy including physician recruitment and credentialing.

Vicki has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources previously serving as VP of Human Resources at SCA Health, part of Optum Health, AVP of Human Resources at Prime Therapeutics, and on the Human Resources team at Alliant Techsystems, an aerospace and defense company. Vicki also has non-profit experience working at both United Way and American Cancer Society. She has also served on the boards of the Prime Foundation and Juvenile Diabetes Fund. Vicki is recognized for her leadership, ability to establish transformative strategies in talent management, her business partnership, and work in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Vicki was recognized as a "Notable Leader in DEI" by the Twin Cities Business in 2022 for her work building the DEI strategy from the ground up at Prime Therapeutics and helping to launch the Prime Foundation, which included establishing bylaws, committees, recruiting and training board members, as well as establishing the grant appropriation process and committee.


Kerry Geis
Member Chair

Kerry is a Director of Human Resources at The Toro Company (TTC), where she leads global talent acquisition and talent management while also serving as an HR business partner to several functional areas. Prior to joining TTC, Kerry held progressive HR leadership and business partner roles at Target Corporation and 3M Company. She brings over 20 years of HR experience, primarily in the business partner space, partnering closely with leaders to drive business results through effective people strategies.


Christina Spriggle

Programming Co-Chair


Christina Spriggle is currently the Vice President of People for Curi, a full service advisory firm that serves physicians and their practices in medicine, business and life. Christina has spent her entire career working in the healthcare field.

She has especially enjoyed her time at Curi becaue the organization's purpose and vision are so inspiring. Prior to joining Curi, Christina worked in human resources leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group and Express Scripts.As the leader of Curi’s people team, Christina champions the company's talent strategy and philosophy; is highly engaged in creating an empowering and inclusive culture that enables leaders and team members to thrive; and enjoys partnering with leaders to identify creative solutions to ensure meaningful people outcomes for the organization. Christina also guides the company's suite of benefits, designs and administers compensation plans, leads coaching and training opportunities and works closely with the Board of Directors.

In the past year, Christina has led the people team integration initiatives as Curi merged with a similarly sized organization in 2023. In her free time, Christina enjoys walking her dog Axl, traveling with her family, and reading—in particular non-fiction and historical fiction.



Carita Hibben
Programming Co-Chair

Carita Hibben is Vice President, Human Resources at C.H. Robinson. She joined the organization in 2018 and currently leads key functions within HR, including Talent Management, Total Rewards, Executive Compensation (with support for the Talent and Compensation Board of Directors Committee), HR Service Center, HR Technology, Change/Education/Facilitation, People Analytics and Employee Relations. She is accountable for driving critical elements of the talent strategy and leads 80% of the global HR organization, including global teams in Europe and Asia. She also leads the enterprise talent strategy to accelerate C.H. Robinson’s AI work, defining the skills required to build AI‑enabled leaders and a future‑ready workforce, shaping workforce planning and hiring priorities and scaling enterprise upskilling and reskilling. In her time at C.H. Robinson, Carita has led the successful implementation of Workday, ServiceNow, and the Xactly compensation system, modernized and simplified compensation programs across the enterprise, and expanded the leadership development strategy, including serving as a mentor/sponsor for signature leader development programs. Prior to joining Robinson, Carita served in senior HR leadership roles at Starkey, Schwans, and G&K Services. Carita currently serves on the Make-A-Wish Minnesota Board of Directors where she shares her passion for helping children in a direct, meaningful way.


Marie Carlson

Marketing Co-Chair


Marie is the founder of UpSwing HR, a bespoke consulting practice dedicated to helping organizations assess, elevate, and optimize their people practices to support sustainable growth and stronger organizational performance. She partners with leaders who recognize that as organizations evolve, their people strategy must evolve alongside them. Drawing on more than 25 years of HR consulting experience—and executive leadership experience as Vice President of HR for a global communications firm—Marie brings a practical, systems-thinking approach to aligning people, process, and business outcomes. Her career path spans contract administration, advertising sales, operations management, HR leadership, and Executive Search, giving her a uniquely cross-functional perspective and an ability to translate strategy into action.

Michele Durkin  



Michele Durkin is the Head of Global Talent at Graco, where she leads all aspects of talent management, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Planning, Learning & Leadership Development, Performance and Workforce Engagement. Prior to her tenure at Graco, she served in a similar capacity at Northern Tool & Equipment, as well as Thrivent Financial. 

With a robust background in leadership roles spanning over 25 years, Michele is recognized as a versatile talent leader. She is known for her ability to seamlessly integrate her business acumen with targeted talent solutions that result in transformative outcomes. Her proven track record of implementing innovative talent programs foster an inclusive environment where all can thrive.

You can find Michele believing in people and partnering to build outstanding organizations in all aspects of life - whether it’s through her work with local non-profit organizations or cheering from the stands at her sons' Little League games. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Iowa State University.


John Zbikowski                                                                                                                             

John Zbikowski is currently the Global Director of Human Resources at Zinpro Corporation, where he leads Zinpro’s human resources team, works on global workforce strategies, leads culture change initiatives, and manages Zinpro’s talent acquisition activities. John ensures high levels of employee engagement by cultivating inclusive, respectful, and positive work environments. Before Zinpro, John worked as an HR Manager at Cargill and TCF Bank. John holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an MBA with a focus on HR Leadership from Capella University.


Jenna Estlick

Jenna is the President of HR Solutions at Versique, bringing more than 13 years of corporate HR experience to the role. Prior to joining Versique, she served as Vice President and Head of Human Resource Solutions for Radisson Hotel Group, Americas, where she led the HR and Responsible Business teams and drove HR strategies aligned to the company's five-year plan. She previously held the Senior Director, Human Resource Solutions role at Radisson, leading corporate and managed hotel HR Business Partner teams, and prior to that held several HR Business Partner roles at Target. She holds a B.A. in International Business and Spanish from the University of St. Thomas. Jenna is a thoughtful, collaborative HR leader who builds strong client relationships, takes time to understand both short and long-term business needs, and delivers practical solutions.


Brian McGonegal

Brian McGonegal is the Global Vice President of Human Resources at Digi International (NASDAQ: DGII), where he leads all aspects of the global HR organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. In this role, Brian provides executive-level leadership across talent acquisition, total rewards, HR business partnering, compliance, and HR analytics, while owning the employee experience and culture strategy for the company. He joined Digi in January 2022 as Global HR Director, Business Partners and was promoted to his current role in 2023.

Brian brings a business-first approach to human resources, with a track record of building high-performing, lean HR teams in complex, multi-site organizations. He has navigated multiple M&A integrations at Digi and regularly partners with the CEO, CFO, and Board Compensation Committee on executive compensation strategy and organizational design. Prior to Digi, Brian served as HR Leader for North America at AHV International and as Director of Human Resources at Allianz Life, where he supported Operations and Distribution in a senior HR business partner capacity. He has held progressive HR leadership roles at Restaurant Technologies, National Life Group, TD Ameritrade, and Soar Consulting.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Georgia State University and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.


Holly Stang-Williams 

Holly Stang-Williams is Vice President of People & Organization Solutions at Pioneer Management Consulting, where she helps organizations navigate workforce transformation, operating model change, culture, leadership, and AI adoption. She partners with executives and HR leaders to turn strategy into action, helping organizations build the leadership, talent, and change capabilities needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

Prior to Pioneer, Holly held organizational effectiveness and change leadership roles at Best Buy and other organizations, bringing both internal HR leadership experience and external consulting perspective to her work. She holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in International Business from St. Cloud State University.
