Lisa Perez - Founder & CEO of Twin Cities Path to Prosperity

Lisa Perez is a visionary leader who understands business needs and applies Human Resources levers to accomplish community and business goals. She drives value by implementing relevant talent strategies and providing leaders with pragmatic counsel. She is a tenacious and conscientious influencer who excels at rallying teams toward achievement.

Lisa is the Founder and CEO of Twin Cities Path to Prosperity Consortium, which integrates resources required to build an immigrant talent pipeline to fuel Twin Cities’ organizations. 



Sarah Waite - VP of Talent Management at ABRA Auto Body & Glass

Sarah Waite is the VP of Talent Management for Abra Auto Body and Glass. She is passionate about building integrated, practical talent strategies that increase employee engagement and accelerate business results. Sarah has over 25 years of HR experience in a number of different HR functions and industries including G&K Services, Medtronic, and Target. She speaks regularly in HR forums including TCSHRM, Disrupt HR, and ERE. Sarah also co-teaches an undergraduate HR course at St. Thomas. She also authors the blog “The Business of Talent.”
