As a Senior Associate in Lee Hecht Harrison’s global Inclusive Leadership practice, Leonard serves as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the areas of inclusive leadership, diversity and culture.

As a consultant to management, Leonard has over 30 years of progressive experience having provided consulting services on a wide range of strategic organizational initiatives including restructuring, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures, reengineering and culture change.

As the first global practice lead for LHH’s Inclusive Leadership practice, Leonard developed LHH’s point of view in the area of inclusive leadership along with serving as a key member of the team that developed LHH’s inclusive leadership solutions.  Leonard is a certified Diversity and Inclusion professional and has consulted with global organizations in the areas of gender and generational equity and advancement and unconscious bias.

Prior to joining LHH, Leonard worked for several organizations holding managerial and senior executive roles in financial services and human resources management.
