Featuring speaker Mark Ritchie, President – Global Minnesota
As we navigate this ever-shifting COVID world, we are reminded that while we may act local we are always part of a global community. Regardless of organizational size, key issues such as immigration, visas, and staying innovative through new talent are front and center.
In this session we tap the vast experience of Mark Ritchie, President of Global Minnesota and past Secretary of State. He will share with us:
- Thoughts and prognostications related to global talent trends
- What forward-thinking MN organizations are doing to embrace the globe when it comes to talent
- Increasing use of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) as specific benchmarks and targets MN companies are adopting in a number of areas including: inclusive cultures, equity, climate, poverty, wellbeing, and more.
- How HR leaders can better leverage public, private, and legislative opportunities to step into the local and global talent market.
Join us to gain new insights, share your own ideas, and further the conversation of HR evolution in the new “normal” as well as the future of being human in the workplace.
