With today’s accelerated pace of change, disruption, and economic uncertainty, the ability to lead change effectively is an expectation of leadership, and HR leaders are tasked with building this capability within their organizations.  In this session, you will hear more from change leadership and organizational design experts, on what organizations are currently facing, practical ways HR can partner with leaders to build effectiveness, and future insights.

The program will be moderated by Nate Caskey (Proteus) and will include insights and experiences from Anne Losby, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Kevin Anderson, Cargill.

Moderator: Nate Casekey
Senior Consultant, Proteus

Nate brings the human element to every client engagement, whether in organizational change, strategy development, project management or learning and development. While supporting clients to envision, plan and execute business-critical improvements, he works to coach and guide senior executives through these complex transformations – so that both they and their teams have the skills and mindset needed to make sure the changes stick.

He is especially skilled at helping clients grow their business while strengthening their culture. As he partners with them to define the changes the organization needs to make, he also works with them to clarify the values and behaviors that will best support their envisioned future, and then to recruit, hire and develop team members who will demonstrate those values day-to-day.

Before joining Proteus, Nate worked as the Enterprise Change Lead at Target, owning the change team that aligned enterprise-wide initiatives and worked with the whole organization to implement them. He also has over 15 years’ experience in management consulting – from Accenture to owning his own consulting company.

Nate earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from Indiana University, and is a founding board member of the Minnesota Change Management Network.
