Building on a successful and interactive session in November, we shift from the importance of Inclusion in recruiting and retaining talent to the increasingly complicated world of Total Rewards. There is significant opportunity for organizations to take intentional action to integrate and align DEI with Total Rewards.

Attendees will have the opportunity to both learn from a panel of practitioners facing the challenges associated with the changing Total Rewards landscape, as well as from their peers in the room. Join us for what is sure to be a lively and enlightening conversation.
