Over the past year, C.H. Robinson has embarked on a transformative project to enhance its company purpose and culture.

This innovative project engaged staff across all organizational levels. This group gained expertise in innovation, change management, storytelling, and influence.

They built strong interpersonal relationships and used these skills to engage employees across the company as they identified the behaviors that define C.H. Robinson’s unique culture.

Through this work, they enrolled a network of champions who are excited to model C.H. Robinson’s behavioral advantages and share stories to inspire others to do the same.
