In May, HREF, along with program sponsors Career Partners International Twin Cities and Vantage Executive Services, presented “Applying the Heroic Journey to Today’s Workforce: Helping People Make Sense of Life’s Transitions on the Job.”
Prouty Project President Peter Bailey was the guest speaker and covered the relevant topic of helping wounded people at work. Whether adjusting to ever-changing global circumstance such as the COVID-19 pandemic, or to the personal impacts of sick or elderly family members, moving, and other life transitions, workers need a “roadmap to manage these issues” so we can “embrace our stories and our journeys”—and it’s our job as leaders to provide that.
